Weta
Here is my weta writing.
Wetas are members of the insect family and they are endemic to New Zealand.
They are also the heaviest insect in New Zealand.It has a head like a shiny ball.It has six legs.
Only female Wetas have stingers.They have a hard shell like a rock.

The weta has a lot of habitats. The tree weta lives in a gallery in a tree,Ground wetas live in burrows in

ground and cave wetas might be found in sea cost caves and also found in hollow tree trunks, under
houses,
tunnels and under stones.

Wetas eat native plants. They manaly are herbivores.Some species eat different plants.They enjoy
eating leaves, lichen, seeds heads, fruit and flowers.
